If you enter the flea market that’s located in the parking lot right next to downtown in St. Thomas you’ll find the usual T shirts and other tourist rubbish for sale. But if you approach any of the vendors and discretely say "Do you have any watches?" they will either pull out a display box from under their tables or take you to some other vendor who specializes in watch sales.

 

You will be offered a nice selection of replica watches at very reasonable prices. Though they appear to be made by famous luxury manufacturers, they are instead made in China. I bought a very nice divers watch of a major luxury manufacturer for $25. I’ve been using it for two years now and it still works very well. It keeps great time and looks very luxurious.
